Skybridge Terrace
is being spearheaded by a development partnership, Skybridge Terrace, LLC. Its partners have teamed up on various development projects including a recently completed Summit Greenway Condominiums project located in the historic Wesley Heights Neighborhood with the Drakeford Company and the Wesley Heights Neighborhood Association.

Skybridge Terrace, LLC
was founded by Chris Ogunrinde, Darrel Williams and Michael O’Brien. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company and its partners have enjoyed the successful development of several real estate projects, including infill residential, mixed-use, historic restorations and adaptive re-use. Our projects reflect innovation in design, which creates a sense of place, and that form the canvas for the creation of a cohesive community.

Architectural Design
Neighboring Concepts in association with O’Brien Architecture, will be architects for this project. Both firms have collaborated on various projects notably, the recently completed Grandin Road Condominiums and Summit Greenway Condominiums.

Helen Adams has been a huge player in condominium sales representing development interests of Goode Properties, Citiline Development, Pinnacle Properties, Landcraft Properties, The Drakeford Company, Spectrum Properties and a host of others. In the last twelve years, these projects have produced close to $600 million dollars in sales.
